Carlson Private Equity is the special situations and turnaround fund focused on medium-sized "traditional economy" businesses across Europe & Asia.

Investment Criteria

We focus on underperforming small to mid-sized companies within a variety of traditional economy sectors. Our typical deal size is £1million to £10million with a minimum equity investment of £0.5million.

Our investment team is deliberately top-heavy and has managerial experience in industry as well as extensive experience in private equity. We strongly believe that our team is the key factor in shareholders value creation.
