Artur P. Jedrzejewski, MBA – Managing Director, Fund Manager

Artur before joining Carlson Private Equity was the President of Carlson Capital Partners from Warsaw (He still runs Polish operations of Carlson Capital Partners). Artur is also the President of the investment firm Gaudi Mangement S.A. and the independent adviser of SG Private Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. Previously, he has been working with BRE Corporate Finance SA (BRE BANK S.A. subsidiary of COMMERZBANK AG) as the Director of M&A, Before that, he worked for Netia Telekom (Nasdaq Ntia) as the Business Analyses Director where his was responsible for all kinds of investment and business analyses he was the Investment Committee Member & Budget Officer.

In years 1996-2001 he worked with BRE Corporate Finance SA as the Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager, he was responsible for Project management, company valuations, business plans, financial analysis, M&A transactions and company restructuring.

In years 1994-1996 he worked with insurance company Commercial Union Life Insurance Company SA (AVIVA plc.), as the Management Accountant in Finance Department,

Till 1994 he worked with Bank Pekao SA (Unicredit Bank) as Credit Officer in Department of Credits and Guaranties.

Artur Jedrzejewski graduated from The University of Minnesota – Master of Business Administration.

He also graduated from The Warsaw School of Economics (PhD Studies in Economics – Insurance & Pension Funds Program), The Warsaw School of Economics (MA – Finance and Banking), The Academy of Finance, University of Insurance and Banking (Faculty of Insurance & Banking, BA – Finance & Banking). Artur speaks fluent Polish, fluent English, basic French and Russian.

David Nicholas Vincent – Director, Investor Relations

Nick Vincent is Director of Carlson Private Equity and Senior Advisor for Poland to Meinl Bank, Austria largest Private Bank. In his capacity with Meinl Bank he has been involved in the restructuring of Polish Companies, Advisory work, Mergers and Acquisitions, Trade and Receivables financing and large scale Project Financing.

Before working in the banking industry Nick worked for many years in the computer industry and was the European Sales and Distribution Director for a large Japanese Electronics Company. He then started and was the Managing Director of the Trade and Trade Finance subsidiary of Austria’s Bank Creditanstalt.

Nick has been involved in Central and Eastern Europe since 1989 and has travelled extensively throughout Asia and Central and Eastern Europe.

Nick was a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and also completed several postgraduate courses in finance and banking.

Steve Skowyrski – Director

Steve joined Carlson Private Equity in 2006,

Before joining Carlson Private Equity he worked for ING Bank in London, specialising in leasing and e-commerce transactions. During his career in the City he also worked for number of other financial institutions in the areas of insurance, investment banking and fund management as a project manager and business analyst. Prior that he worked at the University of Westminster as an advisor and consultant. Apart from broad experience in blue – chip, financial companies he also set up and run a number of small companies such as WBC: a consulting firm specialising in marketing and financial services, or New Europe Capital: a boutique firm providing financial services, investment and economic advisory in Central and Eastern Europe.

He graduated from the University of Westminster in the area of business studies and commercial services.

Steve speaks fluent Polish, fluent English and basic Russian.
