		Investment Criteria
		As a special situations and turnaround fund we focus on distressed or underperforming mid-sized established companies within a variety of traditional economy sectors, either service or product based. Our typical deal size is £10million to £100million with a minimum equity investment of £1million in the following types of investment: Turnaround Restructuring Pre-insolvency refinancing Post-bankruptcy buy-outs Growth Capital Mezzanine Recapitalisations Debt Buyback We are interested in majority stakes only. We do not typically invest in start-ups or early stage companies. We strongly focus on investments in underperforming companies which need outright financial restructuring and turnaround. We can invest in public as well as private companies, and we have the flexibility to address the individual needs of the parties to each transaction. We also invest in real estate development and aircraft leasing. For well performing companies we are particularly interested in investing further rounds of financing for acquisition or organic growth to back successful management teams.
