Artur Piotr Jedrzejewski, MBA – Managing Director, CEO, Fund Manager

Artur before joining Carlson Private Equity was the President of Carlson Capital Partners from Warsaw. Artur was also the President of the investment firm Gaudi Mangement S.A. and the independent adviser of Societe Generale Private Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. Previously, he has been working with BRE Corporate Finance SA (BRE BANK S.A. subsidiary of COMMERZBANK AG) as the Director of M&A, Before that, he worked for Netia Telekom (Nasdaq Ntia) as the Business Analyses Director, he was the Member of Investment Committee & Budget Officer. In years 1996-2001 he worked with BRE Corporate Finance SA as the Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager, he was responsible for M&A transactions and company restructuring.In years 1994-1996 he worked with insurance company Commercial Union Life Insurance Company SA (AVIVA plc.), as the Management Accountant in Finance Department, Till 1994 he worked with Bank Pekao SA (Unicredit Bank) as Credit Officer in Department of Credits and Guaranties. Artur is also the Managing Director of Carlson Ventures International and Bouchard et Cie AG. He currently sits in the Supervisory Borads of Polimex Mostostal SA, Vistula Group SA, PCC Intermodal SA, Gaudi Management SA, Ventus Asset Management SA, Hotblok SA, ArtNewMedia SA, Concept Liberty Group SA, Sky Stone Capital SA, Polnord SA., Impera Capital SA, Rubicon Partners SA

Artur Jedrzejewski graduated from The University of Minnesota – Master of Business Administration.

He also graduated from The Warsaw School of Economics (PhD Studies in Economics – Insurance & Pension Funds Program), The Warsaw School of Economics (MA – Finance and Banking), The Academy of Finance (BA – Finance & Banking). Artur speaks fluent Polish, fluent English, basic French and Russian.

David Nicholas Vincent – Director, Investor Relations

Nick Vincent is Director of Carlson Private Equity and Senior Advisor for Poland to Meinl Bank AG, Austria largest Private Bank. In his capacity with Meinl Bank he has been involved in the restructuring of Polish Companies, Advisory work, Mergers and Acquisitions, Trade and Receivables financing and large scale Project Financing.

Before working in the banking industry Nick worked for many years in the computer industry and was the European Sales and Distribution Director for a large Japanese Electronics Company. He then started and was the Managing Director of the Trade and Trade Finance subsidiary of Austria’s Bank Creditanstalt.

Nick has been involved in Central and Eastern Europe since 1989 and has travelled extensively throughout Asia and Central and Eastern Europe.

Nick was a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and also completed several postgraduate courses in finance and banking.

Daniel Ozon – Investment Director

Daniel joined Carlson Private Equity in 2014,

Daniel had started his professional career in 1996, as a analyst in Price Waterhouse. Later on he improved his analytical skills in Citibank Poland, were he was responsible for real estate management and mergers and acquisitions. In 1999 he became Director of Trade Finance Department and Restructuring Department, of Bank Handlowy Citibank. Since 2004 he had been working in BBK Poland as a Director. His major responsibilities were: financial advisory for the Industrial Union of Donbass during the acquisition process of Czestochowa Steel Mill, negotiations with the creditors of Czestochowa Mill on the purchase of distressed debt (debt-equity swap), arrangement of the USD 300m long-term financing for ISD Poland for refinancing of the acquisition of the mill, CAPEX program and WC and operation advisory to private equity funds in Poland. Currently Daniel is the the Supervisory Board member of brokerage house – Ventus Asset Management SA, Partner in Blackstone Global Ventures, Carlson Capital Partners Ltd and a Member of the Supervisory Boards of: PCC Intermodal S.A., PCC Exol S.A., Gdansk Shipyard S.A., For-Net S.A., Ventus Asset Management S.A. and Gaudi Management. S.A.

Daniel speaks fluent Polish, fluent English and fluent Russian.
